Course and Community Development:

The online classroom represents a historically new kind of association, with special rules and dynamics. Associates at Chrysalis Consulting specialize in building collaboration in the online classroom through sharing of stories, ideals, goals, and experiences. They will visit courses, make suggestions, and work closely with faculty to improve online courses, sometimes using the Quality Matters Rubric. They will also suggest ways in which to build community in online learning programs and other larger associations.
