Cornel Reinhart is the founder of the University Without Walls at Skidmore College, which he directed for nearly a decade. He has published widely on American History, won several awards for teaching and been the recipient of major grants.

Boria Sax is the author of a dozen critically acclaimed books, which have been translated into five lanaguages. He worked for seven years as Director of Online Research and Development at Mercy College, and won the 2002 Sloan-C Award for "Online Learning Effectiveness."
